Elements Interior Design : Property Refurbishment in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Brief : To work alongside the clients and builders in renovating a poorly extended Victorian Property in a conservation area. The property was transformed into an elegant family home creating spacious bedrooms, a new en-suite, and a dining kitchen opening onto an inviting private garden. Recommendations were given on architectural changes particularly with regard to the exterior, internal floor plans, styling, paint colours, garden design and how to maximise the value and saleability of the property.
This house had a total transformation without increasing the footprint and was ultimately recommended for a local civic award. Some ‘before’ shots have been included in this gallery.
